In this section, you will find useful additional reference resources relating to the Companies Act 2006, including:
- a table providing guidance on the commencement timetable for the Companies Act 2006. The table deals with commencement on a part by part basis highlighting any sections which come into force separately from the bulk of the relevant part. It is also accompanied by the written statement of commencement issued by The Minister for Industry and the Regions, Margaret Hodge, on 28th February 2006.
- a full list of powers in the 2006 Act to make orders or regulations by statutory instrument
- the table of destinations, listing the provisions of the Companies Act 1985 that are repealed and re-enacted by the 2006 Act
